In season 1 episode 7 Blackout yells at Wells (really Thawne) because he doesn't know any of the names of the deceased. Then Thawne says a list of names, one of them being Al Rostein, Season 2 Episode 1 villain. But Earth-1 Al Rostein was in Hawaii at the time of the particle accelerator explosion so it's highly possible Thawne mixed him up with his Earth-2 doppelgänger, who was a Meta Human and Lackey to Zoom.
