There are 2 things most people don't notice. First is when Lightning kicks (or throws) and empty can into Doc's garage. You hear crashes and lots of noise. When Lightning enters the garage there is nothing out of place or on the ground. Second, Mater pulls his sign and it goes to the opposite side it's been on the entire movie. At the end when Lightning finishes the road his sign is straight and not leaning at all
