During the scenes where Helen Sharp gets evicted from her apartment and gets therapy at a mental institution, she is shown to be obese. When she is later shown to be thin, possibly courtesy of Lisle's potion, she dies by getting a hole blasted through her stomach by Madeline shooting her.
