There are two connections between this series & In viaggio nel tempo (1989). In viaggio nel tempo: A Leap for Lisa - June 25, 1957 (1992)(#4.22) had a Commander Riker. In viaggio nel tempo: The Great Spontini - May 9, 1974 (1990)(#3.8) & Star Trek: The Next Generation: Conundrum (1992)(#5.14) both starred Erich Anderson. And, of course, the most obvious one: Scott Bakula as captain of the Enterprise in Star Trek Enterprise and as Sam in 'Quantum Leap'.
