When Raphael got knocked into the trashcan by Casey Jones, the face and the animatronics inside head caved in and broke the stuntmans nose. (As Raph gets up from the trashcan, he can be seen grabbing his nose area before the shot cuts). Raph's original stuntman is replaced by one of the Foot Soldier stuntman named Kenn Scott. Ken did a lot of the major scenes as a Foot Soldier, including the nunchuck face off against Michelangelo.
