According to the Special Edition DVD commentary, Aaron Eckhart stated that he got intense motion sickness during the filming of the flight simulator scene. As a result, he threw up on Hilary Swank's head. Evidence of this can be seen as the take used in the film there is a small amount of vomit on Aaron Eckhart's chin.
