Tom Cruise first met Tony Scott while working for his brother, Ridley Scott, on Legend (1985). Cruise reunited with Tony Scott, Jerry Bruckheimer, and Don Simpson on Giorni di tuono (1990), which Cruise co-wrote with Robert Towne.
