In the one hundredth episode (5.13 The Big Bang Theory: The Recombination Hypothesis (2012), where Leonard (Johnny Galecki) asks Penny (Kaley Cuoco) out again, Penny is wearing the same shirt she wore in the pilot. This was probably to represent Leonard falling in love again with the same girl he did one hundred episodes before.
