Barnabas Collins was immurred twice in revenge for his immuring of the Reverend Trask in 1795. He was first immurred in 1968 by the ghost of Reverend Trask after a mock trial featuring a jury of the ghosts of Barnabas' 1795 victims. Dr. Julia Hoffman and Willie Loomis saved him. Near the end of the series, Barnabas was immurred at gunpoint by Reverend Trask's son, Lamar, in 1840. Dr. Hoffman again saved him, this time with help from Angelique and the ghost of Roxanne Drew. Both times, Barnabas was free from the vampire curse.
