This is the only Super Mario Bros. cartoon that Princess Peach has "pupil-less" eyes throughout. Although, her eyes were the same on The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! (1989)'s segment, The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!: All Steamed Up/Butch Mario & the Luigi Kid (1989). Oogtar and some of the cave people appear to have "pupil-less" eyes.
