(at around 1h 55 mins) When Harvey Dent confronts Wuertz in the bar, a small statue of Marvel superhero Captain America can be seen on the shelf behind Dent. The star on Captain America's chest is clearly visible, and he is holding his shield in his right arm. Odd to see a Marvel figure in a DC Comics movie.
