The shark eats the sister of the lead, making her beat on the shark once it's dead, they steal a scene from "Sharknado" and cut the zombie shark "Bruce" , from the outside (unlike Sharknado where Fin cuts from the inside) the sister pops out, somewhat alive, zombified, and holding onto the zombie vaccine cure in her hand. The sister kills her sibling, without realizing she held the cure.
