Ray tells Phoebe during her jail call that that "some actor bought up most of Tribeca" and that the firehouse he and The Ghostbusters once owned is now a Starbucks. In fact, it is still a firehouse, known as "Hook and Ladder 8", in the Tribeca (Triangle Below Canal Street) neighborhood of Lower Manhattan in New York City, and it has a very large Ghostbusters II (Acchiappafantasmi II) (1989) sign hanging inside. The joke about the actor refers to Robert De Niro and his ongoing efforts to help his favorite neighborhood.
