Other than a couple of shots near the end and the discovery of the dead dog, all the shots in the movie originate from Jeff's apartment, including a close-up of Miss Torso in the "dead dog discovery" scene and his fall at the end. However, there is one early scene of a (super-imposed) flying helicopter that could not have been seen, as is, from the angle of Jeff's apartment.
