Terence Stamp, who plays the guru who advocates saying yes to everything, has stated that in the past he used to be very picky about choosing projects and when he was asked to star in Priscilla - La regina del deserto (1994), he was initially reluctant about it but an actress friend of his told him to just say yes. He did so and the film went on to be a surprise worldwide hit and a cult film. His friend also told him that his fear was out of proportion to the possible consequences and that the only way he could ever find out is to just keep saying yes and told him "This is not a career move, this is a growth move."
