Derrickson loves the Stan Lee cameo he's a on a bus, reading Aldous Huxley's Doors of Perception but he didn't shoot it himself. James Gunn filmed it during production of Guardians of the Galaxy 2, and it's one of four that Lee took part in. One for Strange, one for Guardians 2, and presumably the other two for Spider-Man: Homecoming and Thor: Ragnorak. He had yet to meet Lee in person.
