The series debuted on Wednesday, September 19, 1984, on NBC, at 8:00 p.m. EDT/7:00 p.m. PDT, and stayed through the first three 1/2 years, until the show was being bumped by Aaron's Way (1988), and Highway moved it 1 hour, afterwards, until that summer, until hiatus. Then, it cameback the following summer, for its final year, where the show was placed on Friday at 8:00 p.m. EDT/7:00 p.m. PDT.
