Lisa Trevor is a character who only showed up in the Resident Evil GameCube remake and Umbrella Chronicles. In the game she is a neutral enemy who was experimented on in the mansion and will chase Chris or Jill. In the movie, she is hidden in the orphanage and helps Claire by taking out a Licker and giving her the keys to the underground lab. Both appearances have her being disfigured while wearing skin face masks and having her hands cuffed in a block of wood.
