There is some very subtle foreshadowing in season one, episode three, "Prickly Muffin". When Princess Carolyn is talking to Sarah Lynn about becoming her agent, the Hollywood sign can be seen through the glass door behind them but the frame is blocking out the letter D. Later in the season, the D is permanently removed from the sign.
