The DVD and Blu-ray release contain just under 12 minutes of deleted scenes, and one of them is actually an alternate ending. It continues just like in the theatrical edition only Alice is not actually confronted by armed guards as she walks out and instead walks out onto the street and meets up with Jill Valentine In her car.
