In season four, episode thirteen, "Too Many Christmas Trees", John Steed (Patrick Macnee) received a Christmas card from Cathy Gale (Honor Blackman), and it was postmarked "Fort Knox". This is in reference to Honor Blackman's appearance as Pussy Galore in the James Bond movie Agente 007 - Missione Goldfinger (1964).
