Danny Rosenfeld (Danny Corbo and Sonny Corbo) is very loosely based on J.R. Weinberg, the real-life son of Melvin (Irving) and Cynthia Marie Weinberg (Rosalyn). Unlike the juvenile Danny, J.R. Weinberg was sixteen years old at the end of Abscam.
