This is the only live-action depiction of Spider-Man's spider-tracers, a small electronic tracking device that is installed in a casing that resembles a spider. The spider tracers appeared in Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), but those were merely given to Peter Parker by Tony Stark and not independently made by Peter like in the comics and this series.
