This is the only non-variety television show that contains special guest appearances by three former Beatles: Ringo Starr in I Simpson: Brush with Greatness (1991), George Harrison in I Simpson: Homer's Barbershop Quartet (1993) and Sir Paul McCartney (who appeared with Linda McCartney) in I Simpson: Lisa the Vegetarian (1995).
