Because she had a nude scene in this movie, Elizabeth McGovern was naturally concerned about what her parents would think. But her mother, clearly, knew how to cope with that one. After she'd seen the picture she told her daughter, 'Liz, honey, when I saw you up there without any clothes on I felt so proud of you. Because it was the least erotic nude scene I've ever watched.' McGovern laughs a lot over that.
