Nicolas Cage plays dual roles of himself in this picture. These include (1) a fictionalized version of his modern self, with his Nick Cage character name spelled slightly different to his own Nicolas Cage name, and (2) Nicky aka Nicolas Kim Coppola, who is a CGI younger version of himself and is based very much on his character in Cuore selvaggio (1990), right down to his outfit. Interestingly, the original Cuore selvaggio (1990) movie poster listed Cage's name as both "Nicolas Cage" and "Nicholas Cage."
