Christian Bale, Dominic Purcell, William Fichtner, Sean Pertwee, and Angus Macfadyen later played in DC Comics based movies and television shows. Both Bale and Fichtner played in the Dark Knight trilogy, with Bale playing the lead role of Bruce Wayne/Batman in the trilogy and Fichtner played a Bank Manager in Il cavaliere oscuro (2008). Purcell played Heatwave in Legends of Tomorrow (2016), Pertwee played Alfred Pennyworth in Gotham (2014), and Macfayden played Jor-El in Superman & Lois (2021).
