In the comics, the second generation Justice Society heroes, Dr. Mid-Nite II, Hourman II and Wildcat II, were adults, not teenagers. In addition, Beth Chappel, and not her mother was a physician, and wore a Dr Mid Nite costume of her own design. Also Stargirl only worked alongside Hourman II as both Wildcat II and Dr. Mid-Nite II were deceased before Courtney adopted the Stargirl identity.
