The prayer the nuns take turns to recite 24 hours a day, and the prayer recited by them en masse at around 1:04 is the Hail Mary in latin, over and over again. With the Lord's Prayer, this is one of the two most common prayers recited by the Roman Catholics and the majority of the beads in the rosary (the 'common' beads in clusters) correspond to this.
