Barry Atsma, who plays prosecutor Moreno at the ICC court, revealed in a Q&A session that during the court room scenes, Samuel L. Jackson was trying to flirt between shots with Noortje Herlaar, who has a small role as one of the clerics (she is the one looking up Kincaid's website and saying "It's asking for a password"). Jackson later asked Atsma if he happened to know the lady in question. Atsma told him that he and Herlaar are a couple in real life.
