The show premiered on the 30th anniversary of DuckTales - Avventure di paperi (1987). Disney XD aired the one-hour first episode on repeat for the entirety of August 12, 2017. Similarly, the same treatment was done for the series finale episode DuckTales: The Last Adventure! (2021) was shown for the entire day on the it's premiere day March 15, 2021.
