In D2: The Mighty Ducks, Hans' brother Jan mentions that Charlie's mother Casey got remarried between the first two films. There is absolutely no mention of her still being married in this film. If you pay close enough attention, you'll easily notice that she is not wearing a wedding ring at any point of the movie so it is implied that she is divorced again.
