Following the film's climax, a blue jay is seen perched on a fence in the foreground near the destroyed SkyDome. This a reference to the SkyDome, now known as the Rogers Centre, being the home stadium for the Toronto Blue Jays, an MLB team that has played in the same city the film takes place in since 1977.
