During the castings of the film Sunny Deol Sunil Shetty Akshay Kumar Ajay Devgan and Aditya Pancholi were all approached for the lead role At one point Sunny decided to do the film but because of some creative differences he declined the film Akshay Ajay Sunil & Aditya were next to be choosen as the lead Akshay was not convinced with the story line he immediately said no to the project Sunil Shetty to declined the film for unknown reasons Aditya Pancholi made his mind to do the film but he was too rejected after a screentest as he was not completely fitting into the role Ajay Devgan was finally signed for the film later.
