The Simpsons have only been to New York twice the first being I Simpson: The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson (1997) when they retrieve his car illegally parked outside the World Trade Center and the second being I Simpson: Moonshine River (2012) to visit Bart's girlfriend Mary Spuckler.
