At the 59:58 mark, on a bench, there is an ad showing Butt-Head (from the MTV animated series Beavis and Butt-Head (1993)) running for senator, although the name is spelled Butthead. His campaign slogan is "Vote to get tough on bootleg laws", one of the themes of the film.
