Gramma's other profession is that of a pimp which is evidenced when Michael and Worm go to see him in the building he lives/works in run or owned by Teddy KGB on the Lower East Side near Chinatown as they both are asked by the hooker that opens the door if "they were both cops" and if they wanted "to twirl" or have sex. We see his place twice in the film.
