For the basketball sequence, the crew thought that a double would be needed for Misty (Simone Missick) until it came time to actually shoot the scenes. What they didn't know was that Simone was a capable player and easily accomplished the shots that were required for the game of H-O-R-S-E with the local basketball youths.
