There are two shots in the whole series of the apartment buildings stairs facing downward, in The Big Bang Theory: The Allowance Evaporation (2017), when Amy gets mad at Sheldon, and in The Big Bang Theory: The Big Bran Hypothesis (2007), when they are trying to lift Penny's delivered furniture upstairs.
