(at around 50 mins) The PlayStation 2 video game that Ichi was playing is a popular 3D fighting game called Tekken Tag Tournament (1999) by Namco Bandai, there are Tekken references in each medium of Koroshiya 1. On this scene, Ichi is shown playing as the Taekwondo-based character named Hwoarang, the Tekken Fighter who has a primary method of attacks that involves kicking, much like Ichi.
