In the S01E14 "Zip, Zip, Zip" is claimed that Lily (Alyson Hannigan) and Marshall (Jason Segel) wouldn't have peed in front of each other, although in S01E06 "Slutty Pumpkin" Marshall helps Lily pee. However, this is likely to only involve him helping her out of her costume.
