Alex Rider TV confirmed on 19th January 2023, via their social media channels, that Alex Rider Season 3 was in production. It had already been spotted filming since late November 2022 in Bristol and Anthony Horowitz (writer of the original Alex Rider books) confirmed they were approximately halfway through filming the third season. It was also confirmed that the third season would be based on the fifth book, 'Scorpia'.
