In season five, episode two, "Feet Don't Kill Me Now", Gus teaches Detective Carlton Lassiter how to tap dance. Lassiter was played by Timothy Omundson, who previously played riverdancing evil leprechaun Seamus McTiernan in the Disney television movie Luck of the Irish (2001).
