Around 54 minutes into the movie, the infamous scene from Resident Evil (1996), in which an Umbrella lab scientist is eating one of the Bravo Team members, is shown. However, the man killed by the zombie is Kenneth J. Sullivan in the game, but in this movie, the man's name is Enrico Marini (played by Sammy Azero). According to Shinji Mikami the zombie's name is "Turning around zombie".
