The opening titles feature visuals of flying through clouds. The sequence begins in the daytime and ends with flying through dark, stormy clouds. This foreshadows the trip to the future during which they depart in the bright sunshine and arrive in the future in extremely dark weather. Incidentally, when they land, it is raining but clears up instantly, thanks to weather control.
