David Angell (who was a Writer, Story Editor, and Producer for this show) and his wife were killed on September 11, 2001, when the plane that they were on, American Airlines flight 11 from Boston to Los Angeles, was hijacked and flown into the World Trade Center in New York City. They were returning home to California after attending a family wedding on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
