Over time, this movie got tagged as a "gay", or "queer" film. The movie was shot with no intention of the actors to appear gay or queer. Abe Zwick's character is a "paranoid schizophrenic" who believes that Wayne Crawford's character is going to get them busted by being so high profile with women, so he kills them to keep them quiet. This is a comedy/horror film whose characters are all heterosexual.
