In season three, Tom Baker lent his voice to a character known as "the Bendu". Baker is the second actor from BBC's Doctor Who (1963) to be part of the Star Wars franchise. The first was David Tennant, who won an Emmy for his performance in two episodes of season five of Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008).
