(at around 42 mins) After the creation of the Fortress of Solitude in North Pole, Superman spends twelve years with Jor-El's hologram learning all the Krypton's knowledge about history, science, mathematics and physics. In this learning would be the explanation about how at around 2h 11 mins Superman is capable to turn back the time briefly by twisting around planet Earth (in an orbit out of the gravity for avoiding to be slowed down by it) to revert Lois Lane's death, for just after twisting in the opposite way in order to back Earth to normal.
