Quentin Kenihan, the actor playing Corpus Colossus, is disabled in real-life (he has osteogenesis imperfecta - previously depicted in Unbreakable - Il predestinato (2000), where Samuel L. Jackson's character was born with Type 1 Osteogenesis imperfecta). No prosthetics, puppets, or special effects were used; the only alterations to Mr. Kenihan were make-up.
